If a product is damaged or there's a missing or incorrect item in your parcel, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your parcel and we'll do our best to rectify it as soon as we can.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item brought to our attention 5 days after delivery will not be refunded.
If your return is approved, we will refund you via EFT.
